 Thomas Oscar Llewellyn, 90, of Huntsville, passed away Thursday.

Mr. Llewellyn was a native of Argentina and a resident of Madison County for over 3 years. He served with the US Government for 27 years as a metallurgist with the U.S. Dept. of Interior’s Bureau of Mines.

Survivors include his wife, Gabriela Ramallo Llewellyn; one daughter, Gwendolyn G. Llewellyn; three sons, Tommy W. Llewellyn (Kenny Sugarman), James O. Llewellyn (Deborah), and Peter D. Llewellyn (Terri); and three grandchildren, Patrick Llewellyn (Jessa), Andrew Llewellyn, and Nicholas Llewellyn (Madeline).

The family will receive friends Sunday, August 25th from 10:30 – 11:00 a.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by a Memorial service at 11:00. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society, Southern Care Hospice, or Clearview Cancer Institute.
