Oscar Broome Sr., 83, died February 4, 2019. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 9 and Thursday from 11 a.m. until service time at Shackelford’s, Collinwood. Funeral will be Thursday at 1 p.m. in the chapel with burial in Memorial Gardens. He is survived by the love of his life for 30 years, Grace West
