John Maloney V “Johnny” was born in Florence on February 8, 1979 and passed away January 11, 2019 in Opelika from heart complications. He was 39 years old.
He is survived by daughter, Sierra; son, Drake Dykhouse; mother, Paula Gist Maloney; father, John Maloney IV; brothers, Ty and Mitch; and his loved nieces and nephews Katie, Asher and Abby.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Woodmont Baptist Church Chapel located at 2001 Darby Dr. Florence, AL 35630.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Recovery Ministry at Parkway Baptist Church in Auburn. Donations will go towards providing Celebration of Recovery books and leader guides for sponsors and as startup funds for the ministry.
