Warren Cortez McDaniel, 90, of Tuscumbia, passed away on Sunday, July 22, 2018. The family will receive friends Thursday, July 26th at 6 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church of Tuscumbia. The memorial service will follow at 7 p.m. with Brother Darrell Pace officiating. A private burial will be held for the family at K.P. Cemetery, Russellville.
Warren was a native of Tuscumbia and retired as a maintenance supervisor from Muscle Shoals Minerals after 35 years. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dorsey and Dellie Mae McDaniel; and sister, Earline Casey.
He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Jeanette Hovater McDaniel; son, Randy McDaniel (Tammy); daughter, Judy Bonds (James); brother, Billy C. McDaniel; four grandchildren, Dustin McDaniel (Stacie), Joshua McDaniel (Morgan), Brittany Sockwell (Drew) and Dillon Bonds (Amanda); five great-grandchildren and one on the way; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church or a charity of your choice.
