Carlean Wallace Butler, 88, died Sunday, July 1, 2018. Visitation will be Thursday, July 5, 2018 noon to service time at Shackelford Funeral Home, Collinwood, Tennessee. The funeral will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Memorial Gardens Collinwood, Tennessee. She was the wife of the late Russell Oliver Butler.
