Evangeline Chandler Erwin – Obituary

Evangeline Chandler Erwin, 86, of Florence, died on May 19, 2018.  She was a member of Community Baptist Church.

Visitation will be at Greenview Funeral Home from 1-2 p.m. on Friday, May 25, 2018. The funeral will begin at 2:00 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with Brother Donnie McDaniel officiating.  Burial will follow in Community Baptist Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilburn Erwin; parents, John Calvin Chandler and Audra King; and son, Wilburn Horace “Butch” Erwin.

Survivors include her daughter, Carol Ann Erwin DuBois (Billy) of Florence; grandchildren, Martin C. Erwin (Greta), Carrie Ann Marshall (Jeff) and Robin Suzann Brogdon (Vince); and, great-grandchildren, Britton Erwin Brown (Drew), Jordyn Erwin, Leah Marshall, Logan Brogdon and Dylan Brogdon.

Serving as pallbearers will be Martin C. Erwin, Drew Brown, Dylan Brogdon, Logan Brogdon, Vince Brogdon and Jeff Faires.

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Ronald Erwin and Randall Erwin.
