Mr. Charles “Blackie” Boatner, 89, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2018 at his residence. Services will be Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018 at 2 PM in the Tupelo Chapel of Holland Funeral Directors. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 5 PM to 7 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Boatner family plot at Endville Cemetery.
