Mrs. Mildred Ellen Johnson, 83 of Arab died Saturday January 20, 2018 at Diversicare of Arab.
Mrs. Johnson was born August 15, 1934 in Washington County Virginia to Robert Edward Lee Parris and Dallas Brewer Parris. She previously worked for Syncro in Arab as an accountant.She enjoyed bowling and reading.
She was a member of Corinth Baptist Church.
Mrs. Johnson is survived by her husband of 43 years: Paul Eugene Johnson; two step sons and daughter-in-law: Warren Paul Johnson and Sharon and Randy Johnson; her grandchild: Hope Howard and great grandchildren: Cory Grizzard and Dalton Howard. She was preceded in death by her daughter: Anita Grizzard; her parents: Robert Edward Lee and Dallas Parris and her sister: Cathy Isbell.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday January 23, 2018 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Brother: Bud Wilkinson, officiating. Burial will be in Corinth Cemetery with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Pallbearers will be Warren Johnson, Randy Johnson, Mark Johnson, Keith Johnson, Scott Tidmore and Brandon Tidmore.
Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Tuesday January 23, 2018 prior to the service.
