Doris McDonald Tate, age 87 of Dora, passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2017 at her residence.
Funeral service will be Thursday, December 21, 2017 at 3:00 pm in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Rev. Rusty Tate will officiate. Burial to follow at Lawler Cemetery. Family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 pm Thursday for visitation.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin L Tate.
She is survived by her daughters, Jean Newman (Clint), and Dianne Shubert (Terry); grandchildren, Jeff Newman (Brandi); Brad Newman (Amy); Andria Cummings (Chris); Cara Porter (Jason); Stephanie Newman; Tiffany Beck (Kyle); ten great grandchildren, sister, Elizabeth Jenkins; special nephew, Rob Capps (Jona); and numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
