Charlotte Russell
DECATUR-The Decatur Police Department has issued a Missing Senior on Thursday, November 16:
“Charlotte Russell was last seen on November 15, 2017, around 5:50 p.m. leaving First Baptist Church in Decatur. She was driving a white 2013 Honda CRV with the tag number 52CY486. There is also an “Alabama Grandma” sticker on a side back window.
Charlotte Russell is 5’06”, 137 lbs., has hazel eyes, and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black coat, black pants, and a black and white quarter length shirt. Russell also walks with a multi-colored cane.
