Sandra J. Rouse, 73, died Thursday, June 15, 2017. Services will be today June 19, at 1 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, Alabama. Burial will be in Belmont Memory Gardens. Visitation will be today from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Red Bay.
