Donald Kent Patton, age 66, a Rock Island, Tennessee resident and Florence, Alabama native, was born Jan. 19, 1951, and died April 11, 2017.
He was a retired employee with the TVA, member of Central Church of Christ, and son of the late Kent and Edwina Watson Patton.
Mr. Patton was married June 10, 1978, to Nila Goode Patton who survives. In addition to his wife, he is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Samuel and Megan Patton, of McMinnville, Tennessee; daughters and son-in-law, Carla and Keith Veronese, of Gardendale, Alabama, and Donna Patton, of Rock Island; and six grandchildren.
Interment will be at 4 p.m. today in Sandlin Cemetery in Alabama.
