Ruby A. Williams Dulin, age 82, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Sunday, January 22, 2017 at her residence. She was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, a homemaker, and a member of Cedar Hill Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Janie Bush Owens; her first husband, Jr. Williams; her second husband, Aaron C. Dulin; one son, Dalton Williams; three daughters, Janice Williams, Judy Williams and Mary Alice Williams; two brothers, Grady Owens and Sammy Owens; two sisters, Mary Barnes and Odell Epes; three grandchildren, Robert Dwayne Williams, Cecil Calvin Smith, and Robert Gonzales.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Wednesday, January 25, 2017. Interment will follow at Union Hill Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
