Juda Parker Dyer – Obituary

Juda Parker Dyer, 75, of Hartselle passed away Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2016 at Parkway Medical Center in Decatur. She was born to John Richard Parker, Jr. and Opel Elois Copeland Parker on June 11, 1941. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth Ann Garrett (Rod) and Donna Marie Standridge (Jeff); two brothers, John Frank Parker (Melanie) and Eddie Lee Parker (Janet); one sister Amy Elizabeth Garrison (Johnny); six grandchildren, Joshua Garrett, Katie Garrett, Hannah Standridge, Sarah Standridge, Rachel Tyler and Ethan Standridge; two great-grandchildren, Trace Standridge and Zion Jones; also a number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, Oct. 28, 2016 from noon to 2 p.m. at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home followed by a chapel service at 2 p.m. with Pastor Joey Coots officiating. Burial will follow in Hartselle City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or The American Diabetes Foundation.

Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family.
