Dr. Lillie Bell Stewart Mangrum, 60, formerly of Florence, Alabama, entered into rest on Monday, Oct. 3, 2016, at University Hospital in Augusta, Georgia. Public viewing will be 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Trinity Memorial Funeral Home in Muscle Shoals. Funeral services will be noon Saturday, Oct. 8, at New Birth Ministries in Florence, Alabama with Apostle Robert Turner officiating. Interment will follow in Peters Cemetery in Florence.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard G. and Dorothy M. Stewart, and brother, Raymond Terry Stewart.
She leaves to cherish her memories husband, Jesse L. Mangrum Sr.; son, Jesse L. Mangrum Jr.; daughter, Joy L. (Christopher) Simmons, all of Augusta, Georgia; two grandchildren, Jesse L. Mangrum III, and Julianna L. Mangrum; and three sisters, Lena (Richard) Baugh Sr., Atlanta, Georgia, Verlean (Jack) Oakley, Florence, Alabama, and Dorothy K. Hardin, Muscle Shoals, Alabama; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
