JC Kimbrell, age 91, passed away Thursday, Oct. 6, 2016, at Glenwood Healthcare. He was a resident of Lauderdale County for many years. He was a kind man who loved his children, his land, and his animals.
Visitation will be Sunday, Oct. 9, 2016, from 2-2:30 p.m. at Rogersville Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow in the chapel. Burial will be in Butler Cemetery.
Mr. Kimbrell was preceded in death by his daughter, Sonya; sons, Ricky and Jerry; and sister, Rosa Lee.
He is survived by his children, James Kimbrell, Tony Kimbrell, B.A. Wells, Teresa Green, and Angie Gentry; 16 grandchildren; and numerous other family members.
