Azine Green, 84 years old of Town Creek went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Morningside Assisted Living.
Visitation will be Friday, September 9, 2016 from 10:30 – 12:00PM at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 12:00PM in the funeral home Chapel with Terry Settles officiating and Ricky Givens and Brad Green speaking. Burial will be in Ferguson Cemetery.
Azine was a homemaker and a member of Okalona Baptist Church.
Mrs. Green was preceded in death by her husband: William Loosier (Billy) Green, her parents: Ottis Austin and Edna Flannigan Smith, and two sisters: Lorene Hurst and Wanda Givens.
She was survived by her son: Brad Green and his wife Angie, Birmingham, one daughter: Pam Jones, Madison, four grandchildren: Chase Jones and Chauncy Jones, Madison, Will Green and Cammie Green, Birmingham, four great grandchildren, and two sisters: Nadine Boyd Davis, Tuscaloosa and Evelyn Woods Witt, Muscle Shoals.
Pallbearers are Larry Hurst, Hal Boyd, Steve Lovelady, Ricky Givens, Tim Smith, Mike Piznar, Hutson Hatton and Tyron Newton.
