Mr. William Stephen Wimpee, 68, of Florence, passed away on August 24, 2016 at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Christian Fellowship Baptist Church.
Visitation will be at Greenview Funeral Home on Saturday, August 27, 2016 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with Brother Bill Hamilton officiating. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.
Survivors include his wife, Sherie Singleton Wimpee of Florence; sons, Stephen Overton of Birmingham and Miguel Burroughs of Florence; step-daughter, Tina Burroughs and step-son, Joshua Murphy both of Florence, 8 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Christian Fellowship Baptist Church.
