Travis Dewane Green, Russellville, AL 65 passed away Sunday, June 26, 2016 at E.C.M. Hospital.
He is preceded in death by son, Kevin Green; father, Alvin Green; sister, Nellie Lee.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Pam Green; son, Jason Green; mother, Irene Green Bentley; brothers, James Green (Jackie), Harold Green (Charlotte), Kenneth Green (Cynthea), Jerry Green (Angie); sisters, Paulene Thomas ,Charlene Montgomery (Earl Peanutt), Linda Welborn Dodson and a host of special nieces and nephews and his beloved cats Loki and Nanook.
Pallbearers are nephews, Derek Thomas, Dale Welborn, Randy Lee, Earl Lee, Keith Green, Cody Green, and Heath Green. Honorary pallbearers will be Carlos Smith, Danny Jeffreys, Michael Jeffreys, Tony Scott, and Tim McDougle.
Services will be held at Colbert Memorial Chapel Hwy 43 S. Tuscumbia, AL. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 28, 2016 from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Service will be Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel with James Lee officiating. Burial will be at New Hope Freewill Baptist Church CO RD 29 in Hamilton, Alabama following the service.
He loved to fish. He also enjoyed collecting items from flea Markets, estate sales, and auctions.
