Mrs. Wilma Tate Manus, 71, passed away Sunday May 22, 2016 at the Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro. She was born in Grundy County on December 12, 1944. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nathaniel and Lola Roberts Tate; sisters, Brenda Haley and Linda Killian. She was of the United Methodist Faith.
She is survived by her husband, Gene Manus; daughter, Amy (Darian) Cordell, Christiana, TN; sisters, Rhonda (Richard) James, Nola (Ed) Fults, Diane (Johnny) Gross; grandchildren, Elizabeth Morton and her fiancee, Aaron Fann and Eli Locke; great grandson, Weston Morton.; sister-in-law, Susan (Tom) Foster; a host of loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Alton Scruggs officiating with burial to follow in the Grace Chapel Cemetery.
