Driver Of Truck That Crashed Into A House Earlier Today Has Died

FLORENCE-The Florence Police Department released an update on the auto accident that happened on Morgan Street earlier today, May 23:

“Update: Earlier today we reported a crash with injuries in the 2700 block of Morgan Street in East Florence.

We are sadden to report that the driver in the single vehicle crash has died. Bryce B. Hunt, 83, of Florence appears to have had a massive cardiac event prior to the crash resulting in his vehicle striking a house.

Hunt was transported from the scene and was pronounced deceased at ECM hospital.”
