James Douglas Crow, 76, of Trinity died Saturday October 10, 2015. Funeral service will be Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Ridout’s Brown- Service Funeral Home. Reverend Greg Standridge will be officiating. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Roselawn Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Clayton Earls, Sean McLachlan, Chandler Weaver, Bobby Posey, Gary Posey and Billy Posey.

Mr. Crow was born December 24, 1938 in Lawrence County to Earnest L. Crow and Ida Waddell Crow. He retired from Monsanto after 26 years of service and was the owner of Decatur Bait and Tackle for 33 years. He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Dorothy “Dot” Brazier Crow and his second wife, Louise Thompson Crow; one son, Clayton Douglas Crow and his daughter, Molly June Crow.

Survivors include one son, Tim R. Crow; one daughter, Tammy M. Crow; one sister, Ruby Posey and one grandson, Clayton Earls.
