Vivian Posey Brock Taylor Bailey, 88, passed away Thursday. She is survived by her son James Clinton Brock (Sue), stepdaughter Donna Hollis (Fred), and many other relatives and friends.
Her death was preceded by that of her parents Martina and Mabel Posey; husbands Clinton W. Brock, George N. Taylor and Robert M. Bailey; and siblings M. J. Posey, Doris Neff and Bernice Land.
She worked in the Brock family grocery store, and on the family farm, at Hazel Green for many years. She was a talented seamstress, and worked at Serbin’s dress factory, Marja’s clothing store, and designed and fabricated custom clothing and draperies. Additionally, she installed commercial murals and wallpaper for several years.
She enjoyed all church related activities, camping, gardening, and meeting and making new friends.
