Bonnie Mae Arnold, 86, of Cartersville, GA (formerly of Iuka, Mississippi), died July 14, 2015, at Townsend Park Nursing Home. She was an avid gardener, and enjoyed her flowers and cooking. She loved her children, and loved spoiling her grandchildren. Visitation is scheduled for 6 until 9 PM on Wednesday, July 15 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 PM on Thursday, July 16, 2015, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Bro. Allen Osborn and Bro. Ed Kennedy. Interment will follow in North Crossroads Community Cemetery. Pallbearers include David Arnold, Kyle Arnold, Brent Arnold, Jacob Arnold, Terry Strickland, and John Strickland. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. She is survived by 1 son – Tim Arnold of Cartersville, GA; 1 brother – PeJoe Arnold (Pat) of Iuka; 1 sister – Regetta Strickland (Bob) of Mufreesboro, TN; 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Talmadge “Grute” Arnold; 2 sons, Jimmy and Jackie Arnold; her parents, Jimmy and Alma Kennedy; 2 brothers, Ray Kennedy and Norman “Jamup” Kennedy; and her sister, Margie Smith. Memorial contributions may be made to the North Crossroads Community Cemetery Fund.
