Paul Clayton Adkins, age 81, Russellville, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2015, at Terrace Manor Nursing Home.
He was the father of Judy Hargett, Mike Adkins, and the late Gary Adkins.
A visitation will be held 1-2 p.m. Sunday, July 12, 2015, at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the memorial service following at 2 p.m. in the chapel. Officiating will be Brother Jackie Richardson.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Terrace Manor Nursing Home and Hospice Advantage for the love and care of their family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the local animal shelter.
