Estelle-Holloway-1426608758Estelle Lee Holloway, 93, passed away on March 12, 2015 in Palm Coast, Florida, where she had lived near her daughter, Phyllis Holloway Boykin, for the past 3 and a half years.
Estelle was born in Huntsville where she made many friends. She worked for Regions Bank until her retirement in 1990 and was an active volunteer at Huntsville Hospital.
She is survived by her daughter, Phyllis Boykin, and son-in-law, Edward “Pete” Boykin of Palm Coast, Florida, a granddaughter, Cynthia Cherie Van Maanen and a great granddaughter, Anne Elizabeth Van Maanen, both of Traverse City, Michigan, and numerous nieces and nephews as well as many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Charles Wilson “Phil” Holloway.
Funeral services will be on Thursday March 19, 2015 at 1pm in the chapel of Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville with Rev. Michael Cassity officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on that day from 11am until 1pm at the funeral home.
