Bobby Lee Coady age 74 passed away March 16, 2015 at his home.
He was born September 17, 1940 in Chester County, the son of the late Guy and Lela Ross Coady. He graduated from Chester County High School in 1958 and served as Vice President of his class. He was married May 26, 1962 to Linda Davis. He made his home in Jacks Creek all of his life. He was a member of the Unity Baptist Church. Mr. Coady enjoyed hunting trips and gardening.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Davis Coady; two sons, Bert Coady and wife Wendy of Luray; and Joel and wife Abby of Franklin Tn. two grandchildren, Loren Coady and Maya Coady; a sister, Janice Goodwin and husband, Danny of Jacks Creek, and two brothers, Neal Coady and wife Jean of Eads and Joe Coady and wife Marie Of Jacks Creek.
Funeral services will be1:00 PM Friday March 20, 2015 at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Johnson Chapel with Dr. James Huggins officiating and burial will follow in Unity Cemetery at Jacks Creek.
The family will receive friends at Johnson Chapel 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Thursday.
