Louise Simmons, 86, Russellville, Alabama, passed away Saturday, Feb. 14, 2015, at Russellville Healthcare.
She lived most of her life in Franklin County and was a member of the Baptist church.
The family will receive friends Thursday, Feb. 19, 2015, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Keith Prince officiating. Burial will follow in Franklin Memory Gardens.
Survivors include daughter, Debra Powers (Wayne) Frederick; brothers and sisters, Dan Porter, Cora Alice Daniel, Polly Fay Seals, and Price Ray (Mary) Porter; grandchildren, Delicia (Bill) Vinson, Nicholas (Rebekah) Frederick, Shawna (Bruce) Walker, Dionne (Trent) Hall, and Daidra (Marshall) Parrish; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by father of her daughter, John Powers, and husband, Bobby Simmons.
