Frances Raper Eure, 70, of Lithonia, Georgia, passed away Friday, December 12, 2014, at her residence.
Ms. Eure was a native of Franklin County, Alabama, and retired as a librarian in the DeKalb County
School System. She graduated from Phil Campbell High School and University of North Alabama
with a degree in accounting. She went to graduate school at Emory University where she studied
