Lulu Espeleta Brewer, age 59, of Leoma, TN passed away Saturday December 6, 2014 at Maury Regional Medical Center. She was a native of Taguig, Philippines and a member of the Catholic Church. She was born in Taguig, Philippines on March 15, 1955 to Alfredo and Ester Espeleta. She was the second oldest of seven children.
Lulu graduated cum laude with a Medical Technology degree at the University of Santo Tomas. Her career started as a medical technologist at Providence Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. Next, she moved to Las Vegas, NV and was employed at three hospitals. She was hired at St. Vincent Hospital in Los Angeles, CA and finished at Kaiser Permanente in Fontana, CA as the blood bank supervisor. Lulu was a board certified Clinical Laboratory Scientist and the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB). She retired in 2012 and moved to Leoma, TN.
She wanted to be remembered as a loving wife to Jim, honorable daughter, caring sister, loving aunt, cousin, niece, diligent medical supervisor and devout Roman Catholic.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Alfredo and Ester Espeleta; brothers, Morris Espeleta, Ramon Espeleta, and Juan Espeleta; and sister, Susan Espeleta.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, December 09, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home.
