Mr. Roy Lee Odom, age 74 of Haleyville, Al passed away Thursday, November 6, 2014 at Lakeland Community Hospital. He was retired from Fontaine Trailers and was a member of Haleyville Freewill Baptist Church.
Visitation is Saturday, November 8, 2014 from 12:00 Noon – 2:00PM at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville, Al. with his service at 2:00PM in the chapel, with Bro. Jerry Boyles officiating. Burial to follow at Winston Memorial Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Ann Smith Odom; children, Barry Gene Odom, Jerrie Ann (Jim)Mayhall; grandson, John Mark Mayhall; brother, Ervin Odom; sisters, Loree Odom Peppers and Gwenda Tidwell; host of relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Buell C and Sara Evelyn Key Odom; an infant son; brother, Samuel Odom; and sister, Peggy Grizzell.
Pallbearers will be John Mark Mayhall, Bruce Tidwell, Randy Tidwell, Donnie Peppers, Steve Benefield and Ray Mauldin.
