Funeral service for Jimmy Wayne Self, 67, will be Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Gum Springs Baptist Church with Bro. Anthony Patterson and Bro. Gary Peebles officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Gum Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 22, 2014 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the church .
Mr. Self died on Monday, October 20, 2014 at his residence. He was born August 6, 1947, in Morgan County to Lecil H. Self and Ernestine Puckett Self. He was a member of Gum Springs Bapitst Church and was self employed as a roofer and a mechanic. He loved his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents
