Johnny Strickland , 73, of Fulton, passed away on July 26, 2014 at Courtyards Nursing Home. He was born on November 10, 1940 to the late Carlie and Ollis Godsey Strickland in Itawamba County. He worked as a Mechanic for many years in different businesses.
Johnny is survived by a Daughter, Teresa (Billy) Johnson of Mantachie, Sons: Buddy Strickland of Golden, Dwayne Strickland of Fulton, Son, Robert Strickland of Fulton, Grandson, Doug (Elizabeth) Strickland of Fulton, Grandson, William (Stephanie) Johnson of Rienzi, MS, Granddaughter, Joey Sanders of Anchorage, AK, Granddaughter, Ashley Johnson of Mantachie, Great-grandson, Jonathon Strickland of Golden, Great-grandson, Adam Strickland of Red Bay, AL, Great-granddaughters: Maci Strickland and Ella Strickland, Sisters: Betty Jo (Dick) Cantrell and Ann Johnson both of Hamilton, AL, and a special caregiver, Tammy Strickland.
He was preceded in death by parents, Wife, Rebecca Strickland, Son, Brian Strickland, Grandsons: Phillip and Christopher Strickland, Brother, Hershell Strickland, Sisters: Wanda Johnson, and Billie Upton.
Pallbearers will be David Witcher, Doug Strickland, Neal George, Darrell Loyd, William Johnson 
Honorary Pallbearers are the caregivers at Courtyard Nursing Home.
