, 88, of Ardmore, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2014, at Donalson Care Center in Fayetteville, Tennessee.
Born Monday, April 5, 1926 in Elkton, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late William Robert Campbell and the late Gracie T. Currin Campbell. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester M. Cross, two brothers, and three sisters.
Surviving are sisters, Jane Whitt, Ardmore, TN; Agnes Stephens, Ardmore, AL; and brother, Clinon Campbell, Athens, AL.
She moved to Ardmore in 1994 from Louisville, Kentucky and was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. She loved her family, helping others, and working in her roses.
Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM on Sunday, July 6, 2014, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, AL with Bro. Jeff Drake officiating. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
