Funeral service for Wayne Carpenter, 71, of Trinity, will be Saturday July 5, 2014 at 3:00PM at Faith Baptist Church in Moulton with Bro Jeff Griffis officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow at East Lawrence Memorial Garden. Visitation will be from 12:00PM to 3:00PM at the church.
Mr. Carpenter died Thursday July 3, 2014 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born on May 22, 1943 in Ohio to Denzil C. Carpenter and Mildred E. Murphy Carpenter. He was an Air Force veteran and a law enforcement officer. Wayne Carpenter was a man of God and a great family man. He was preceded in death by his parents.
