Frances Joyce Haygood Fowler, age 75, of Ethridge, TN passed away Sunday, March 16, 2014 at her residence. She was a native of Maury County, TN, retired from Murray Ohio, and of the Baptist Faith.
She was preceded in death by her father, Burns McClain; her mother, Nettie Fuller Brown; one step-son, Johnny Haygood; her first husband, Arlie Ray Haygood; two brothers, John McClain and Steve McClain; and one sister, Freda Seaton.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Thursday, March 20, 2014, with Michael Wimberly officiating. Interment will follow at Old Ethridge Cemetery in Ethridge, TN.
