Funeral service for Ann Elaine Callahan Coffey, 59, of Danville will be Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at 2 p.m. in the Coffey Center next door to Parkway Funeral Home with Ministers O.D. Bowling and Marcus Lipscomb officiating and Parkway Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Monday, March 10, 2014, from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Coffey Center.
Ann Elaine Callahan Coffey, who died March 7, 2014, at Trinity Medical Center in Birmingham was born June 14, 1954 in Lawrence County to Pruitt and Rachel Callahan. Co-owner of Parkway Funeral and retired EMA Director for Lawrence County, Ann enjoyed spending time with her grandson and family. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Micah D. Coffey; a sister, Sue White; and grandparents, Arthur and Alice Callahan and Daniel and Kate Reeves.
Ann is survived by her grandson, Andrew Coffey.
Pallbearers will be Frank Knoblock, Jerry M. Willis, Daniel Woodard, Ray Sparks, Kell Whitlow and Billy Appleton.
Honorary pallbearers will be Andrew Coffey, David White, Joseph Bailey, Torrie Johnson, Jeff Legg and Shannon Livingston.
