Herman “Sonny” Hightower, age 80, Aberdeen Mississippi passed away Saturday, December 21, 2013 at his residence. He was born in Hamilton Alabama on Friday, February 24, 1933 to Lee and Necie Dill Hightower. Visitation will be Monday, December 23, 2013, 1-2:00 p.m. at Marion County Funeral Home. The service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel with Bro. David Hamilton & Dr. Roy McHenry officiating. Burial will be in theFulton Bridge Cemetery, Hamilton, Alabama. He was preceded in death by his parents,Lee and Necie Hightower; and 4 brothers, Hollis, Hoyt, Houston and Wade Hightower;1 sister, Wilma Ballard, He leaves to treasure his memory, Wife; Peggy Ann Hightower; Daughter: Michelle (Randy) Hughey; Sons; Michael, Paul (Lesia) , Phillip (Kristi) Hightower & Donnie Moore; Grandchildren, Allison (Wade) Taylor, Blair Hightower, Houston Hightower, Kyle (Rachel) Hughey, Drew (Jennifer)Hightower, Bart (Lacey) Hightower & Lacey Benedict; Great-Grandchildren: Abbigayle & Coley Taylor, Kelsey Hightower, Anna Michael Wimberly, Blaine Hughey, Jett Wimberly & Lilli Hightower; Brother, Bud (Mary) Hightower; Sisters: Mary Lou Hooks, Johnny Burks, Thelma (Doug)Dobbs & Elizabeth (Jerry) Grissom; A host of nieces, nephews and friends; And a special thanks to Terri Earl Community Hospice
