Ruby Faye Brown – Obituary

Ruby Faye Brown, 86, died Sunday December 8, 2013, at Country Wood Plantation. She was born December 1, 1927, to Tonny and Pernie Medley Williams. She attended Greenwood Baptist Church. She worked in the garment industry and later worked at Genesco until her retirement. She enjoyed crocheting.

Services will be at 2 p. m. Wednesday, December 11, at the McNeece–Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Bro. Gary O’Neal officiating. Burial will be in the Keyes Cemetery.

Survivors include two sons, Thomas Lester Brown (Marcell) of Fulton and Timothy Wayne Brown of Discovery Bay, California; one granddaughter, Regina Beyer (Richard); two great-grandchildren, Garrett Beyer and Maggie Beyer, all of Fulton.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Brown, who died in 2010; four brothers; eight sisters; and her parents.

Pallbearers will be Roger Brown, Charles Brown, Eugene Patrick, Gary Hardin, Robert Whitt, and Jacky Abbott.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p. m. Tuesday, December 10, at McNeece – Morris Funeral Home.
