Mildred E. Russell, 99, died December 7, 2013. Funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Moulton Heights Church of Christ with Sharpley Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Blackwell Cemetery. The body will be at the church one hour prior to the service.
