Funeral service for Charles Howard Qualls Jr., age 58, of Decatur will be Wednesday, December 11, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Westminster Presbyterian Church with Reverend Jeff Parker officiating and Shelton Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Qualls, who died Saturday, December 7, 2013, at his residence, was born April 8, 1955, in Nashville, Tenn., to the late Charles Howard Qualls Sr. and Mary Iris Zarecor Qualls. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Order of the Eastern Star.
He is survived by his sister, Farris Qualls Bell (Tony) of Decatur; and two nieces, Ashley Bell and Leslie Bell, both of Decatur.
Pallbearers will be Chris Hawkersmith, Joseph Morse, Kevin Richard, John Robinson, John Rogers and George Silvestri.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Order of the Eastern Star.
