Katherine Pitts Hunt, age 48, of Florence, passed away Thursday, July 25, 2013. Visitation will be Saturday, July 27, 1-2 p.m., at Spry-Williams Funeral Home, Florence. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Murphy’s Chapel in the Central community.
Mrs. Hunt was predeceased by her parents, Teddy and Daisy Pitts; Randall Threet; and her brother, Larry Young.
Survivors include her children, Amanda McBride (Chris), Kayla Hatton (Channing) and Raven Keeton (Josh); sisters, Linda Angel (Lonnie), Grace Lanier (Jessie) and Sylvia Hanback; and five grandchildren.
