Funeral services for Hollis Wayne Hopkins, age 76 of Fayetteville, will be conducted Wednesday at 11 AM at Higgins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Neely Cemetery. Mr. Hopkins passed away Saturday in Huntsville Hospital.
Mr. Hopkins was native of Taft, TN and was the son of the late Hurley and Maude Scott Hopkins. He was a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, was a computer programer for Redstone Arsenal and a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include two daughters Cindy (Joe) Lookenbill of Merritt Island, FL, Pam (Bill) Melvin of Huntsville, AL, five grandchildren Miles Melvin, Holly Melvin, Maria Melvin all of Huntsville, AL, Jodie and Lee Lookenbill of Merritt Island FL, and one brother Melvin Hopkins of Taft, TN.
Visitation with the family will be Wednesday morning 10 AM-11 AM at Higgins Funeral Home.
