Devin Nelson Ratliff, 36, of Tuscumbia, passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2026. There will be no services at this time.
Devin was a native of Brawley, California. He loved everyone dearly, especially his family.
He is survived by his daughter, Rylee Chris Ratliff; mother, Renee Phillips; father, Delbert Ratliff; brother, Jason Smith; sister, Tawni Smith; uncle, Bobby Phillips; aunt, Tina Phillips; cousins, Ashley Shultz, Herchel Shultz, and Chris Herrington; and his niece and nephews whom he also loved.
