Service to celebrate the life of Frances Hays, 63, will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at Memorial Funeral Home with burial to follow in Dogwood Cemetery. Bro. Ronnie Hays will officiate the service.
Visitation will begin at 11:30 am until service time.
Frances passed away on August 22, 2026 at her residence in Bolivar, TN. She was born on May 29, 1963 in Alcorn County to the late Kenneth and Rethia Virginia Hamm Hutson. She was a cook and a teacher at East Union Baptist Church. She enjoyed swimming, dancing, music, and bowling. Most of all, she loved raising her children and grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Dale Hutson and Kenneth Hutson, Jr.
She is survived by her husband, Ritchie Hays; sons, Jonathan Hutson (Lavisha) and Cody Hutson (Haily); daughter, Gennie Hutson; grandchildren, Addison Hutson, Benjamin Hutson, Jolie White, Connor Hutson, Caylee Hutson, and Cayden Hutson; sisters, Sharon McKeen (Chris) and Dale Fullington (Timothy); brother, Justin Hutson (Camille); and a host of other family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Jonathan Hutson, Cody Hutson, Haily Hutson, Gennie Hutson, Elijah Hodum and Caleb Hodum.
