Anna Yvette Parvin, 73, of Huntsville, Alabama, passed away on August 18, 2026, in Birmingham, Alabama. Born February 27, 1953, in Huntsville, Alabama, to Carlos and Loretta Patterson, Anna was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend whose kindness and strength will be deeply missed by all. She attended Lee High School in Huntsville, Alabama, and later the University of North Alabama. Anna was an original Ann Brown dancer. Anna worked for 30+ years at Huntsville Utilities. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carlos and Loretta Patterson.
Anna is lovingly survived by her daughter, Lindsay Ann Parvin; Lindsay’s father, Paul Parvin; her granddaughters, Caroline Ann Watts and Rory Laurel Beaugez; her brothers, Greg Patterson, and his wife, Lynette Patterson, Brad Patterson, and his wife, Mary Ann Patterson; her sister, Barbie Peek, and her husband, Ricky Peek; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Laughlin Service Funeral Home in Huntsville, Alabama on Monday, August 24th, 2026. Visitation will be held at 11:00 a.m. with a service at 1:00 p.m. for family and friends gathering to honor and celebrate her life.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations in her name be made to the March of Dimes.
