God gave Charlotte Maxine Cotton Bradley almost 92 years in her earthly pilgrimage. She returned to her Creator from Sanctuary Hospice House on Saturday, August 22, 2026 after a period of declining health. She was 91 years old. Born in Latham, TN on September 25, 1934 to the late Ellis Cotton and Mary Nell Groggan Cotton, she grew up there and graduated from Dresden High School. She met Harold Bradley from the same area and they married in Dresden on October 21, 1955, a marriage of 63 years until his death on March 23, 2018. Charlotte was a Southern lady committed to the well-being of her family and the kingdom of God through her faithfulness in the Church of Christ. She loved raising her children, collecting tea cups and loyally following Days of Our Lives on TV. She worked over 30 years for Sears, Roebuck and Company where she sold appliances and took phone orders in the days before internet. She and Harold settled in Tupelo in 1964 moving from Booneville. She loved traveling and attending faithfully the West Main St. Church of Christ. Her favorite saying was “there’s a place for everything and everything in its place.” Her long life was a gift from God to her family and many friends.
