Nathan Daniel Haynes, 62, of Florence, passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at home on hospice care.
He was a member of the Church of Christ and when he was able, he spent his time as a carpenter of furniture.
His favorite past time was spending time with his family and loving on his numerous cats daily.
Visitation will be held at Greenview Funeral Home, Friday, July 31, 2026, from 10-11 a.m. with the funeral following immediately at 11 a.m. in the chapel.
Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Park. Robin Phillips will be officiating services.
Nathan was preceded in death by his parents; Archie Daniel and Judith Gail Stowe Haynes; and his grandparents.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Kelsey Haynes; son, Buddy Jones (Amanda); step-daughter, Hope Gooch (Tyler);
brothers, Jerome Haynes (Licia) and Joseph Haynes (Debbie); step-grandchildren, Aubree Gooch, Carter Gooch, Paislee Gooch, and Landree Gooch and Brantley McIntyre.
Pallbearers will be a host of family & friends.
