Janice Williams Payne, age 68 of Guntersville passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at Huntsville Hospital.
Her funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 18, 2026 at Albertville Memorial Chapel. She will be laid to rest at Mt. Hebron Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friday evening.
She is survived by her husband; Ted R. Payne, daughter; Jamie Chandler (David), son; Ted Payne, Jr., (Monica), grandchildren; Ashton Payne (Penny), Peyton Payne and Parker Payne. She is also survived by her sister; Delyn Holder (Randall) and a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Verbon and Mattie Williams and brother; Butch Williams.
Arrangements entrusted to Albertville Memorial Chapel.
