Harold Wayne Walden, age 84 of Boaz passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at his home.
His funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, July 17, 2026 at Albertville Memorial Chapel. He will be laid to rest at Walls Chapel Cemetery. Bro. Jeff Bennett will officiate his service. Pallbearers will be Jason Walden, Jacob Walden, Joshua Walden, Cole Walden, Chris Tarvin. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
He is survived by his sons; Harold Brant Walden, Byron Neil Walden (Pam) and Shawn Walden (Candi), grandchildren; Zachary Walden, Kendra Roden (Ricky), Abigail Sullins, Jacob Todd Walden (Jenni), Joshua Wade Walden, Cole Walden, Jess Bailey (Logan) and Brandon Wayne Walden and two great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings; Peggy Sue Webb, Barbara Kay Rowan and Ricky Jay Walden and a host of nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his wife; Nella Dean Walden, son; Lance Walden and parents; Ellie Jay and Nila Fay Walden.
